Our Braille Rubik's Cube

The Futuristic Foxes have just finished the coolest project ever! We used the 3D printer to make tiles with bumps on them. There were six different colors and nine tiles of each color. The first color had one bump, the second had two, the third had three, etc. up to six. We used gorilla glue to attach the tiles to a Rubik's cube, being careful that none of the glue seeped into the cracks to damage the functionality of the cube. Here is the finished product.

Here comes the really cool part! This special Rubik's cube is for a blind girl named Grace who is eight years old. As a matter of fact, the day our teacher took the cube to the post office to mail it to her in England was Graces's eighth birthday! We are not sure how long it will take to get to her, but we can't wait!
